MR TLC

I recently had a full bumper respray on my 2 month old car. following an incident where someone went up the back of me. my car didnt feel new any more but since it has been repaired by James and Tim at MR TLC, it has come back just as it did out the showroom. great service prior to the repair and great after care also. there was also some scratches down to metal on my door from a car door opening into mine, which they also repaired so my car feels brand new again. i can 'thank and recommend MR TLC enough. Spent 900.00 on body repairs. It did seem a bit expensive maybe, but the communication and service from the office were excellent so went with it. The work was also of very good quality. However, the car was returned only with the areas worked on cleaned. I did take it in pretty dirty thinking it must be washed for the work needed anyway. Seems to me lacking TLC when a wash is only 2.50 at Budgens, especially when it was advised afterward not to wash in a car wash for 6 weeks due to the paint. A gear knob TLC branded how to hand wash your car rubbed salt in the wound somewhat. Very odd experience for me given the value of the business and the company's name. My wife's car gets a wash and valet on every service and MOT at small local garage-when spending a lot less.

Had Mr TLC recommended to me, as I had a scuff and damage to the rear bumper. Quoted for the work using pictures I provided. Arranged a courtesy car for me to use whilst the work was done. Can't believe how well it turned out, makes the rest of the car look bad! Excellent customer care, work and communication through. The best company I hope never to use again! :) Service: Painting
