Ordered a Matress on 26th December and on 9th February Relyon delivered however they delivered the wrong one. Complained and they have agreed to exchange it but now have have been out to the back of the queue again and have to wait until the end of March... Mistakes happen but how companies deal with them is the important thing. They havent exactly gone the the extra mile to resolve it quickly. Buyers beware!

Took delivery of a Reylon Bed/mattress today having waited weeks for delivery to receive a mattress that is wet through. I ordered the bed via land of beds who arent taking any responsibility for the issue. I am still trying to get a refund!!! I am unable to get a replacement mattress from Relyon for over a month and they told me if I bought a more expensive one I could get one sooner!!! Absolutely ridiculous will never buy from either company again and certainly would not recommend.

ZERO STARS, but I couldn't post a review unless I gave it one star We purchased a Relyon Memory Pocket 1000 Mattress which has a a label sewn on saying it has a 5 year Guarantee, but it was a complete disaster, one of the worst purchases I've ever made in my life. The mattress was extremely badly made, there was almost no adhesive used to hold it together, after a few weeks, the sides started to separate from the top and base, the only thing holding it together was the zip on cover. This separation became increasingly noticeable, so we complained to the supplier and Relyon, An "Engineer" was sent to inspect the mattress, but as he walked through the door, he said "It will be the slats on the bed frame, so they won't do anything about it" this was before he had even seen the mattress, but upon him inspecting the mattress, he could see the problem was obviously due to the lack of adhesive during construction, however, his report to Relyon, which ignored our comments, discounted the facts and Relyuon refused to do anything about it at all, in fact, they didn't even acknowledge or answer any emails. The business we bought the mattress from weren't much help either, so we've ended up seriously out of pocket and have been forced to buy another mattress from a different company. I would not recommend Relyon products to my worst enemy, the standard of workmanship is so poor it can't really be called workmanship. The company has a poor track record of customer service and a distinct couldn't care less attitude. So once again, I would not recommend the disgraceful company that Relyon is to anyone, avoid them like the plague, buy from them at your peril. If my example is anything to go by, I would expect it's not difficult to find a great deal of adverse criticism of Relyon and their shoddy products and practices. Even the springs were rusty. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself.
