        Excellent service from start to finish of the order. There was an issue with the courier but Data Comms Direct were on it and ensured this was taken care of promptly and efficiently.

        Sent in a quote request for 10,000 EU Power Cords at 08:00. Quote back within a couple of hours after me supplying some missing information. Purchase Order sent before lunch and goods planned to arrive in a few days. Awesome service! Graham

        I had an excellent experience with Data Comms Direct, I needed a large number of 6 gang under desk power distribution units (PDU), in a hurry. I called the company and spoke to Leo who indicated that the specific model of PDU was out of stock but he was happy to quote me for a more expensive unit at a discount to the price of the original equipment. Once payment was made units were dispatched immediately and arrived onsite well before the time indicated. Leo was also more than happy to provide additional advice and support no questions asked. There is no doubt I will come back to Data Comms for any similar future needs.
