        I forgot to purchase an item for 70p after making a purchase for some Wine. Shop assistant had to ask his colleague or owner, whether I had to make the minimum spend of 5 to purchase the 70p item. I had no change unfortunately, and so I had to buy other stuff in the end. A rip off and each card merchant have rules on setting minimum and maximum spends. The majority don't allow it, and can impose suspension and/or a fine. I shall be reporting to Mastercard.
