Sonny provided a very good service & workmanship to start with & paid for the work. Sadly I had some work that wasnt done to required standard so I arranged a date for him to come back o rectify, sent 2 email, 2 texts, voicemail & have received no reply or explanation as to why he never turned up very disappointed on all levels, & not at all professional.

I contacted Sonny in August from Blackdown Bulding and Landscaping company regarding my garden wall that had slowly over a few years started to landslide away from my main garden. I did my research and contacted a few companies. Sonny was efficient with his response and contacted me straight away. He took the time to listen to my concerns and my lack of understanding what was needed to retain my garden. He gave me detailed information about what he could offer to retain the garden and how he could accomplish this mammoth task. He took the time to hand draw me a plan of how he could support my garden by building a solid double brick wall cavity filled with iron rods and cement, drain holes, membrane to protect the new build and the materials to backfill. His quote arrived promptly and was reasonable, he explained his time scale and gave me a starting date. As a business owner myself I found Sonny to be professional, friendly, polite, very hard working, extremely efficient and very tidy in his workmanship. He always turned up on time and kept communicating updates about the task with me. He was respectful to my neighbours who had horses in the field adjacent to my garden and he kept to his time schedule. Sonny finished off his last day by making sure I was happy with his work and that my garden was left I a good state and tidy. I have since asked Sonny to quote me for additional work. I can't praise Sonny enough for his hard work in transforming my garden into a safe and secure area. I am more than happy to show off his works to any customers. In these days its hard to find good tradesman that actually turn up, let alone do a fantastic job. I have had lots of positive feedback from my neighbours and tradesman doing works to my property....all being very good.
