        The man who works behind the counter is arguably the most rude individual I have ever encountered in the catering industry. He is rude on the phone and rude in the shop. He actually HUNG UP on us whilst placing an order because we asked if they still offered a duck dish that used to be available. We then called back to be greeted with "what do you want". How do you possibly think it's acceptable to get annoyed at paying customers for this type of thing when you don't even provide an online menu?!? And it is not just me, you have also hung up on many other people. Your attitude is a real problem and the reason why so many people have stopped ordering from your takeaway. PS: take a look at their food hygiene rating before ordering.
