I don't usually give reviews, but this is very important, so as to help others not to fall into the same trap. I wish I could give 0 star. After collecting 200 for end of term cleaning of a 2 bedroom terrace, work was poorly done. Cleaning was poorly done, Dave came back the second time, still very poor work done. Dave said he will come the third time to do another cleaning, but tenancy was over, couldn't get into the flat. Now the Agency has given me 100 bill for cleaning. At first Dave agreed to refund, but he has stopped responding to my messages. I am about taking this up. Don't patronise this company, they are not professionals. Note, he saw some trash in our courtyard and asked if we wanted to dispose them. We said yes and he said he can take them for a fee. He agreed to take the trash for extra quid, which we paid. These are the pictures I sent to Dave after the first cleaning, I wish I took more for this purpose. Service: General carpet cleaning
