I've kept my horse Bow at Pip's for 6 months now. I cannot recommend it enough. Bow is naturally anxious. Living in a herd, being turned out 24/7 has helped him develop both mentally and physically. Pip is always on hand for advice and offers lessons and coaching tailored to suit you and your horse. The other livery people are great, adding to the supportive, encouraging environment. Nothing is rushed, everything is done with the horses best interests. I have learnt more from Pip in the last 6 months than my entire 15 years spent with horses. How refreshing to find this amazing Horsewoman, who is dedicated to sharing her passion and knowledge to improve our relationship and connection with our equine friends. If you love your horse and you want to be the best human for them then I can guarantee you will get everything you have dreamed of at Pips.

Pip first came to my attention via the internet whilst searching for someone to work with my young mare and I. I purchased my mare 13 months ago and it soon became apparent that there were huge gaps in her schooling. Hacking never seemed to go according to plan and my mare at times seemed terrified, seeking the security of the rest of the group. Pip came to visit us at my yard and explained that one of the issues was that my mare was not seeing me as her leader and that she was putting herself in this role, taking it upon herself to make decisions. Being a 'drama queen' my mare was prone to panic and the decisions she was making were not the correct ones. I was invited to move to Pips yard in order that she could work with both my mare and myself. The move was the correct decision, we have gone back to basics and with Pips help we are both learning using Natural Horsemanship methods. The change in my mare is amazing given the short period of time we have been at Pips yard. Her and I still have a lot of work still to do but there is light at the end of the tunnel as I know there will be many exciting times ahead for both of us. I really cannot praise highly enough the work that Pip does. UPDATE - JUNE 2018 - The transformation in my mare over the time we have been at Pip's (2 years) has given me a mare who is much more relaxed and mentally balanced. She has come on fabulously with regard to her training and will continue to do so , and I - what can I say - this is an incredible journey that I am on , continuously learning with regard to my communication skills with my mare and also my retraining in classical riding. I cannot recommend Pip highly enough. UPDATE - 16/01/2022. 5* livery - The best possible environment for your horse. Herd living, huge fields with all horses living out 24/7/365. An exceptional service. Vets and farrier arranged and overseen. Whether you are unable to visit during the week in the winter months or have a holiday booked - you can rest assured that your horse will receive the best of care. Excellent facilities - all weather outdoor school, grass school, jumps etc. Support and encouragement received.

Both my horse and I are very lucky to have found Pippsway. The support and instruction is the absolute best. I had lost my riding confidence, and slowly but steadily Pip has helped me to truly enjoy riding again. Great facilities, friendly yard, and happy horses and riders.

Pip has given me the tools, knowledge and confidence to turnaround the relationship I had with my mare. I now have a positive and more trusting relationship that is flourishing. Pip has also help me to ride in a more considerate way and has also helped with field management as well as general horse care. Pippsway can transform the relationship you have with your horse in a way the horse understands. Its the whole package in a natural way.
