    I was very happy with how the Service Department dealt with the cambelt recall work on my sister's DS3. They did a good job and the work was done sooner than estimated. They did keep in touch well by phone, they returned calls, and were always helpful. But it was almost impossible to get straight through when phoning them. Offering email or WhatsApp as a additional contact option would be helpful - but other than that, great job.

    Absolutely shocking! Over a year since we placed our order on a brand new car and still dont have it! Weve had very little direction to when we will get our car customer service is none existent weve been lied to so many times Ive lost count weve been given so many dates of when we was expected to get our car and still nothing!! Stay clear of this branch is my best advice. Our car has been in the uk for approx two months at a compound near Kent but yet they cant tell us when we will have it

    Just purchased my second car from this dealership and I have to say I'm very impressed with them all. Initially served by Paul who was patient with my needs and budget and even after deciding on a car and changing my mind last minute the whole team (Jason, Paul, and Luca) were very good and professional with everything. The car is running smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my C3 Picasso.
