        Very disappointed at the consistently poor service. We have a regular school booking and yet we frequently have a late taxi. This has a huge impact on our child, making her late for exams. School start times are not negotiable, nor are planes, so not quite sure why taxis are. Receptionist always answers quickly but if the taxis aren't there, then? Update: this has now improved and we have a nominated taxi driver. Took a long time but in fairness I should report most of the problems reduced.

        Shocking right from the start, booking is terrible and despite living in Farnborough for 41 years and asking the driver to go a one way he completely ignored it, looking on Google maps after he added 2.6 miles to the journey, never again
