Rowlands Pharmacy Aldershot

Probably would give zero stars if I had the option. Pharmacists are unpunctual and running late. Couple of rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff. When you address a concern on their mistake instead of apology you get go elsewhere attitude from the manager in charge, awful!

My son had a referral appointment with pharmacist on 21/03/2023. Unfortunately, the pharmacist on duty was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my entire interaction with her. She was dismissive and seemed disinterested in helping me. The pharmacist took an unnecessarily long time to attend to my son, and this caused a significant inconvenience to me. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from pharmacist.

Since their long-term pharmacist left they appear to be struggling to secure a reliable pharmacist. Sometimes you will go and there is no pharmacist until after 2:30 PM so they cannot dispense. However, the staff are friendly nonetheless. Its just a shame the place has become unpredictable with the shutter/door closed at random times. This is not communicated well other than a sign on the door/desk. Unless you call before visiting. Its no wonder the front desk is stressed when swamped by 20 patients in one go but she handles it really well. Its a shame the staff in the back can be overheard saying to their pharmacist: They all came in one go! What did you expect?! Disappointing and hopefully they improve.

Really helpful and pleasant staff. Quick service and got what I needed when 3 other pharmacies couldn't help.
