I train regularly at Double Fitness. Michelle is a brilliant personal trainer, she really knows her stuff, provides interesting varied sessions and pushes you just to right amount that you work hard but always finish a session feeling great! I couldnt recommend her more highly!

Would highly recommend for personal training sessions. Really well equipped gym, and Michelle comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience that definitely comes through in her sessions. She really listens to what you want to get out of the PT so her workouts are well planned and tailored to your needs.
