I have always been an active person, always worked out alone and I would have never thought to seek the support of a PT.but after these past few years, of Covid and in my case also pregnancy and dealing with being a first time mum, I believe it has been the best thing I have ever done. Since the very first telephone call hes able to tune in with your needs and he plans a feasible strategy for you to achieve your goals. In my case, I wanted to get back into shape, and I needed someone to be accountable to, to regain strength, confidence and focus. The sessions are planned in a way that gradually make you achieve your goals. You weekly provide records of body measurements, photos of your progress and a food diary: this keeps you motivated and accountable. Also, I am a stress eater (can you relate?) and having to log my food entries was a good control mechanism for me which I kept even after the end of my sessions with him. Workouts with him are never dull, and hes so easy to talk to that your exercise feels easier, but dont get me wrong, it is hard work! He also looks out for you and the way you feel and hes very knowledgeable, able to advise you on nutrition and health matters. Overall, whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your eating habits or simply to get back in shape, Anmol is your guy and I could not recommend him more!

I am someone who likes to remain relatively healthy with my diet and training. However my fitness was based around YouTube HITT videos, following fitness apps, walks and runs. When I did go to the gym I would always stay away from the weights area. Firstly because I felt intimidated, secondly due to lack of knowledge around strength training and thirdly lack of knowledge on how to properly use the equipments. This is where Anmol came in. I needed professional experience, knowledge, guidance & support. I knew of Anmol on social media platform, so I took the decision in Nov 2022 to invest in myself and get in touch with him. Consultation process is very smooth and he is super transparent about what he can help you with and also the different type of packages he offers in terms of pricing. I trained with Anmol for around 3 months. 3 sessions a week for an hour each session. Every penny and every second was worth it!! Beginning of each session Anmol would ask me - how you are actually feeling? Life can get so hectic and the biggest struggle for me and many other can be simply to get yourself to the gym. However once I was at the gym, I loved that Anmol would tweak my workout and also challenge and push me depending on my answer and assess my energy levels and how much sleep I had the previous night. As we all know - we cant all be feeling 100% all the time and it helps to have a PT who acknowledged my moods, energy and workload etc. Not having to worry about creating a workout plan myself was one of the perks of training with Anmol. He would use his professional experience to ensure the workouts were guided, structured and he would push me to my best ability. It felt like one less thing to worry about and I could simply turn up and follow his guidance. I was slowly getting comfortable to be in the weights area and starting to see progress in the shape of my body. I started feeling stronger and was able to lift so much more than I ever thought I could lift! Anmol helped me with the mind to muscle connection, ensuring my posture, technique, breathing was all in line. I can guarantee you that even 1 session with Anmol will broaden your knowledge in the fitness field as he will share so many tips and tricks for the mind and body to get you through each session. I personally would have carried on my journey with Anmol but unfortunately due to being relocated to East London I couldnt carry on. Which I am super gutted about! I would highly recommend Anmol to anyone thinking about investing in themselves!

I am an active individual who has been training on and off at the gym for 3 years. I usually eat healthy and clean food as I am very conscious about my health. However when I pulled my sciatica nerve, my confidence was knocked down . I am someone who has not had a injury so this definitely made me anxious about training and making my back worse. I reached out to Anmol as I thought he was best suited to help me get back to the gym and train safely. Before getting in touch with him, I looked into what work he does and what he specialises in. His instagram and website were both informative and ticked all the boxes I was looking for in a personal trainer. I emailed Anmol and informed him of my situation. To my surprise his response was quick and after a consultation, he was able to determine what workouts would be best for my situation. I have now finished training with Anmol after 2 months and I can see a huge improvement with myself and my back. I feel much stronger and confident working out safely and thats all thanks to Anmol. He made sure the workouts were fun and enjoyable whilst pushing you to the best of your abilities. I would highly recommend Anmol to whoever wants to get more active or get stronger after a injury. He is knowledgeable in his field and he is able to cater to your individual needs.

I started my fitness journey with Anmol on 12/09/22 it started with a somewhat clue of training but not the type I needed. I was motivated before joining the program because I needed fitness standards and requirements for my career and Anmol helped me with that. I needed to hit certain run times and certain weight lifting numbers. Before joining the program I couldnt bench a lot and I couldnt do a single pull up and very low numbers for push ups. Being on the program my numbers for chest exercises went up exponentially. And this led to my push ups becoming so much better with better form as well. During all this training nutrition was a big factor for me as well and Anmol guided me through this with advice tailored to me and my needs. There was no big struggles with this if Im being honest and it was a straight forward program with what I had to do and how I was going to do it. With the weekly check-ins and updates on myself Anmol was with me every step of the way. If you are looking for a very good program tailored to you and your needs i would recommend you join as Anmol is very easy and a really good trainer and I was advise you to tell friends and family about him as well if you need good training. Was a pleasure working with him. My favourite thing about the workouts were that they were so versatile.
