        The staff are inconsistent regarding pricing and always trying to charge more for same service when mentioned they become rude and argumentative.Being threaded is not requiring a product needing waste other than a bit of thread so not happy they charge what they choose being different all the time and staff really have not a clue regarding customer service please be careful as to how your money is spent

        I have been going to Serenity for years now and I have always received a good service. Staff is super friendly and always going the extra mile to satisfy customers. Jeni is lovely and always greeting everyone with a smile. She's been doing my eyebrows for years now and I wouldn't let anyone else touch them! Simply an amazing person offering amazing results. I would definitely recommend Serenity :).

        I have been going to serenity for over 8 years now. Always get a fantastic service and Jenny is just fantastic at eyebrows! The staff are always polite and friendly and always do their best to fit you in. They will Often work late to try squeeze you in. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my treatments!
