First time using this company and have to say exceptionally disappointed. Totally ruined a very expensive ladies Balmain tracksuit, asked them to ensure it was dry cleaned as I have had this done before elsewhere and they didnt do what I asked. They hand washed it, brown leather emblem seeped out all over the brilliant white top and now totally unwearable. Waiting to see if we will get compensated. Doubtful. Beware. Update. Having emailed and texted the owner director a number of times, he fails to answer. He is clearly not interested in issues when the arise or the fact that his company has destroyed expensive clothing for which he must have liability insurance. Ganesh in the shop is a very helpful guy but clearly let down by the poor management and the owners.
