Last night, we ordered half chicken and was given chicken wings, what we ordered was not the one given. They should consider asking and cross-checking the order number BEFORE RELEASING so the customers avoid INCONVENIENCED. When we called they asked if we cancelled our order. Clearly a sign of not in control. We dined in few days ago and the orders were incomplete as well, had we not ask, wont be given. But, they are quite keen to get the orders.! The owner should have a complete control on what is coming in and going out. This feedback should be taken as a serious issue, people will stop patronising Woodys one day if it will continue to be like this.
