It even dont deserve one star due to Nepali receptionist staff who are there to help elderly Nepali people but their behaviour with Nepali elderly and other Nepali are so bad. They need to be trained well before sitting on reception desk.

Shockingly bad surgery! Which is a shame as they use to be great when I first signed up. Now doctors show little to no concern about what's concerning me, on going issues seem to be brushed off as not important, even if they are affecting everyday life in a huge way. They tell me to give two days for prescriptions, they're rarely ever ready by then. If I do a request earlier it just gets cancelled but they don't tell you, meaning you wait more than a week sometimes for meds.
