They care about their clients, they care about the environment and the impact tourism has on that environment and they care about providing trips which aren't just incredible value, but are an experience which will never be forgotten, leaving the minimum impact on the flora and fauna their clients experience. A truly innovative service and, for once, someone who really does care about customer service.

Good morning Kriss We had a fab time thank you From start to finish was first class, the journey from Victoria Station to Kent on the British Pullman made for a great start and it set the scene the what was to follow. The experience on the Orient Express was just special in every way food / carriage / company / journey / all of it WOW FACTOR (being transported back in time was a delight) The hotel in Venice I would highly recommend 10/10 in was a great location 15/20 min walk from St Marks Square which we liked. We were able to mix more with the locals. The hotel itself we could not fault. The return journey went really smooth all in all to us worth every penny Its still a bit of a blur just so many special memories THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Regards Tim
