I attended the Yoga Local Moroccan retreat in 2022 - wow! Josie and Alison created an amazing immersive experience with yoga practices and content that took my understanding of the whole mind, body, spirit practise of yoga to a whole new level. The retreat itself was set in beautiful venue with great food and fun activities to explore and enjoy our surroundings. And of course an opportunity to connect with some amazing people. At the airport on the way home as we were reflecting on the retreat all of us agreed that the best bit was the yoga - relaxing, restorative, and energising. Josie and Alison have created something truly special at Yoga Local with classes, workshops and retreats which help everyone to be a better person - thank Josie and Alison!
