Dishonest, negligent. Total clowns. Left live electrics exposed to elements for weeks. Called out over a dozen times to rectify their botched installation. Still problems with it. Do not employ these people, they are awful. To respond to your response below. You took less than a day to respond on google. Shame you dont reply to my emails isnt it??? Even after I phoned you still took weeks to come out. Update - And even after you come out the guttering still leaks. Care to respond ???? 15 times youve come out now since you supposedly completed it. Update. Don't even pretend that you care. Astraseal and windor is a rotten company from top to bottom. Well over 20 visits now to fix sub standard work and faulty materials. In fixing one issue most times another is caused. You really are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope you go out of business so other people aren't ripped off.

Astraseal replaced my windows and one door still waiting on 2 doors they were under contact to Settle Housing. Two guys who done the work Rick and Alfie were absolutely brilliant certainly 5 star ..worked well fast tidy and cleaned up after themselves Good work Lads

Mike & Lee are amazing! Just had my windows fitted through my housing association and these 2 guys are the best, very thorough and clean up after themselves, polite and respectful, cant fault them. I only gave 4 stars instead of the 5 as the back door came glass/panel and should of been glass/glass and its about 5-10mm too short so very draughty, on a whole really pleased.

Absolutely appalling windows and doors. Extremely draughty and the French doors leak at lot of water when it rains have multiple misty sealed units. Customer support is even worse, Worst company I have ever dealt with.........DO NOT BUY FROM ASTRASEAL. Extremely disappointed

Never seen such poor workmanship finger marks inside double glazing,one of the strips inside window came away they replaced it would you be leave a window with a strip that was coming away and sliding down they replaced again and this time left orange sealant on wht worktop please dont use this company.
