If I could give 0 I would of done. So many manufacturers fault with our bi folding doors. An engineer came out and confirmed some of the faults, but all communication has now stopped, customer service is a joke. I an now taking it to trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COST

Dont even bother, they turn up with the wrong items, dont even turn up the next time and then are impossible to get hold of. Gone with a different company now after waiting 5 months. Best off spending your money elsewhere

One of the worst companies i've ever had to deal with! Moved into a new build end of 2022 that had all glazing carried out by Emplas. Logged a fault with them on 27/12/2022 as front bay window was leaking inside and mould spores began to grow in the frame and within the seal. They first contacted me asking for pictures to confirm which window was the issue and for me to take a picture of the house with an arrow pointing to the effected window. Even though as the house was a new build they had all the drawings/dimensions still to hand as the were still on site working on other properties of the same spec and the fact that the builder had already given them all details as id raised the fault through them. My first appointment was then a complete waste of time as Emplas sent a employee out to simply measure up the window even after all the admin and notes from myself and the developer. On my second appointment the Employee turned up late and didn't even have the correct size window to replace ours so basically spent 90 mins taking my old window out only having to put it back in again. I was apologised to and that he would rectify the issue and send back a report to head office so that a replacement could be sent quickly. My 3rd appointment which was scheduled for around mid feb nobody showed up at all. when i contacted to ask why i was told lots of things had changed at head office and they needed to make sure that all measurements etc were correct so they could order the correct fitting window i again explained to another staff member the situation and told them clearly the issue and that it had been measured many times and is still on the plans of the house and is not an unusual size! I also sent several emails explaining the situation that pretty much got ignored. My 4th! appointment was scheduled for yesterday tues 11/04/23. I called Emplas head office at around 10/11am to confirm they were coming and that they did have the correct items to fit. Again on the phone im dealt with by a rude staff member called Jevon who seems to think he owns the whole company and refuses to accept that things have gone wrong and that everything is as it should be and the window will be fitted today. 5pm comes and there is no sign of them so i call again. After calling them and my developer they finally get hold of a fitter who turns up at my house 20mins later explaining that he was never coming to me today as they hadn't loaded my fittings to the van as they'd failed a quality test and needed to be ordered AGAIN. So when i called the office in the morning Jevon would/should of known this but decided not to tell me. I have again called today 12/04/23 and was met with Jevon again on the phone who point blank refused me 10+ times to speak with a supervisor or manager regarding my issue and he stated that nobody could sort it but himself and he would need to investigate further before anything could be done. Ive today spoken with my developer who have confirmed they have many contacts much higher than this position at Emplas that will now try and deal with this. So it continues 4 months with a leaking mouldy window and still no answer and the worst customer service i've ever had. Also i've to date taken 4 unpaid days off work to wait around for these cowboys! is anyone going to pay me that back? AVOID THIS COMPANY
