        It's a shame as the job they do is ok. However, no professionalism at all and very rude. Had an abrupt and rude response when I asked them to not ring my doorbell as my baby was sleeping, I knew they were coming as they text the day before. Also annoyed the day after their service, I had a late ring at the door (again, disturbing my baby) chasing for money. I always pay by BACS and I wasn't over the 5 days they state I have time to pay it in. Please go on a Customer Service course! Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning
