        This company is so unreliable. I try to book my taxi 1hr 30 mins or so before the actual trip, they either turn up late or not at all, even with an 1hrs notice. Not reliable if you need to get to work on time, I called today to see how long it was gonna be as I hadnt been assigned a driver and it was already the time of my booking, he said it would be 10 mins so I waited, no sign. I then called again and he said AGAIN that it would be another 10 minutes. I was running out of time to get to work with no idea if it would come so I had to cancel. Theyll charge your card before the trip but not even attempt to carry out the service and majority of the drivers are rude or bad drivers. Terrible service.

        Didn't show up. Had to walk a mile to work with a broken foot!!! Tried to contact them several times and was out on hold then cut off!! Would never use again!!!

        Omar oir driver was excellent. He was competent, helpful and a very good driver.His Lexus was prestine. I was really pleased to get such an outstanding gentleman.Please pass on my thanks. I will always use Skyline in future. Brian Shenton
