Both myself and partner love coming here for our tattoos. We have had work done by both Johnny and Matt, and they are both fantastic... so much care and attention to detail. They really take the time to get it right and pay attention to what you want, but also give advice so it looks right. Such a nice atmosphere to be in, the staff are all like family so there is always laughter and jokes between them, really puts people at ease. Highly recommend, the place is kept spotless and the team are very professional. We will be back (many more times, I'm sure!!!)

Shocking customer service. Stay away from this place. I had arranged an appointment and paid 40 as a deposit. The agreed time for the appointment was 10am. I noticed they open at 10:30am so I checked this with them and they confirmed my appointment time was accurate. Apparently, they wanted to do my appointment before opening up fully for the day. I turned up at 09:50am on the day of my appointment to find the front doors locked. I waited outside in the freezing cold and rain until 10:15am with no sign of anyone inside and the doors still locked. I called the phone number and there was no answer so I then walked to the nearby Morrisons store to stay there and keep warm. I returned from the Morrisons to Rose and Dagger at around 10:30am to find the tattoo studio now open and I walked in. I was immediately told off for being late for my appointment as it was at 10am. I explained I had arrived much earlier for my appointment and waited outside as the door was locked and there was no one inside so I went to a nearby supermarket to keep warm. She (the girl with the mouth piercing, whom I had the appointment with) simply said that she was in the back so I should have waited outside until she came to let me in for my appointment. This sounded stupid to me but in order to keep things moving, I suggested we reschedule for another time. She then asked me to pay another deposit of 40. Why? I asked and she said it was because I had "missed" my first appointment that morning which was at "10am" and that the deposit I had originally paid was now lost so I had to pay a new one. I was astounded. I told her no and I decided to leave instead, allowing her to keep the original 40 as I had been told it was non-refundable. As I was leaving, she started crying and said she was sorry because she was having a really bad morning. I simply walked out, never to return. Don't use this tattoo studio, such appalling customer service.

They really take the time to get it right and pay attention to what you want, but also give advice so it looks right.
Such a nice atmosphere to be in, the staff are all like family so there is always laughter and jokes between them, really puts people at ease.
Highly recommend, the place is kept spotless and the team are very professional.
