I had my tragus and nose pierced 5 months ago by a lady at the Wellingborough branch. She was lovely and made me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous. Afterwards she provided after care instructions and advised that I can come back to get the bars changed in a month and if I buy the jewellery from the shop they would change the bars for free. Visited just over a month afterwards and there was a man there. First of all he was rude, abrupt and practically dictative. He changed both bars to longer bars, suggested I get a nose bar that was much bigger than I'd would have liked but I went with his advice. Then he proceeded to fit the jewellery which was uncomfortable in itself. He tightened the bar so much I'm unable to undo it myself plus he charged me 20 which included his time as well. I've called the shop numerous times, no answer, driven past during opening hours and the shutters are always down, I sent a chat message weeks ago which still has not been responded to so I'm currently stuck with nose jewelry I don't like and can't change. Really disappointed with the service which is unfortunate. Wouldn't recommend them and I'm not at all impressed.

I had my vertical lip piercing done here. Not only was the guy late to my appointment but he was extremely rude and was blaming me for everything. Also made the experience very uneasy for an anxious person. On top of that my piercing is wonky. The top ball is more tilted to the right and its not even in the middle. It looks like its been pierced at an angle. Will need to have it repierced as its really noticeable and barley got any instructions on how to take care of it. Edit: I have contacted them about this and they were extremely rude and unwilling to help since I have left a review. They took no responsibility for their actions and just brushed it off. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I had a tattoo done this week by Rob in Wellingborough what a nice guy he made me feel so comfortable and we went through some ideas together he was extremely professional kind and caring I am so thrilled with my tattoo and would not hesitate to recommend Rob Thank you so much Deborah Service: Tattoos
