Good range of products. However the younger staff members I've seen people ask for help and they just keep talking when customers need help . I needed help at the sellf checkout the girls who was there kept talking to the other one and I was left waiting also. Not good customer service.

The review below was written months ago. Still no change. Sainsbury's wonder why Aldi etc are eating into their market share. This is part of the reason. They are extremely poor at restocking lines that have run out. It can sometimes be weeks before products appear again on the shelf. Needs a good sort out..... Weeks later it's still the same. Why can they deliver all the Cravedale versions of milk except the RED top? When it does come in there is so little of it that it sells out very quickly. That should tell them something Order more! When this is pointed out they just say they can't do anything about it and it's ordered centrally. Does the manager not have the gumption to get in touch with the central ordering and tell them people keep asking for this or that but you never send us enough.... Obviously not..... Doing more and more shopping at Aldi and M&S.
