A well maintained building with a kind caring extremely professional manager.
Shaftesbury House has 37 flats surrounded by a large peaceful pleasant garden, the property is conveniently located close to the town centre and shops.
The building has a communal lounge plus a laundry room, it also has a lift for ease of access to the 1st Floor. A guest room is also available for residents to book for their visitors wishing to stay overnight.
Residents can also benefit from the communal Satellite dish if they subscribe to Sky or the basic TV package. Parking is also available.
