Glazerite UK Group Limited

I recently purchased two windowsand and door from Glazerite which is almost 1 week seen delivery was made but i was away for my work nobody was checked 1 glass was cracked which is i find out in 1 week trying to tell them but they said almost 1 weeks and to late to report. I paid for new one .Do not recommend to use this compan.I will have to buy new glass again.

Glazerite failed to follow a clear specification. All the window sashes were delivered oversized and could not open and close properly. The remeasured and re-manufactured sashes were again delivered to the same size and some were bigger and could not be fitted. They then had to remanufacture the same window sashes again. The means of escape sashes did not comply with Building Regs. Five complete windows had to be remanufactured and refitted (at my own cost). They refused to supply the reinforced cills as specified previously. The glazing beads of the composite door dropped out. The whole process took 18 months, for only one house, and their poor manufacturing and incompetence cost me 1,000s and many months in lost time dealing with Glazerite.

Bought a bungalow 18 months ago. Previous owner had all new windows and doors installed. Now my French doors will not open properly. Got all the paperwork with a 10year guarantee, but rang them to tell them my problem, didn't want to know. Apparently the guarantee is with the previous owner. Joke. Why give a 10 year guarantee? After care not very good.
