Top Management letting agents have provided a fantastic service to me as a landlord. Being a small local business and not a faceless corporate, they take responsibility and understand my requirements perfectly. When I speak to them about my property they immediately know what I am talking about without having to call me back or fob me off, a problem I have had in the past with larger agents. Their customer service is excellent and their willingness to go that extra mile to ensure that we are happy is appreciated. They have not charged me any extra fees for set up, inventory or even renewals, which again we have had in the past with other agents offering a low management fee. Overall a great, personal service.

Excellent personal service from this family run letting agents. Customer Service like it used to be, they look after your property as if it were their own. No upfront or hidden fees - just their management fee to pay once your property has been let and they don't charge for renewals.
