        It has taken me 9 months to try and sort out a name change on my drivers licence. The staff at the post office in the Coop on Northern way have been incredibly helpful and always smiling with the whole process. I also use the post office for my banking as the branch in the town has closed. Thank goodness we still have great people who are so helpful. This place is a great bonus for our community. Well done Jaimika and the team for providing a first class service.

        Jaimika served me today and she was rude again. In the past she grabbed (without asking) my phone while scanning the barcode. I have asked her not to do it. Ever since she is unpleasant to me. Today conversation escalated as I asked about the size of a medium size parcel. She brought another colleague in saying I have got an issue! In the end she shouted at me in front of other customers and her colleagues. An official complaint has been raised.
