Papa John's Pizza

My Mother had pizza delivered to her home address which was an error, my Mother called to inform them and was told someone would pick it up, The delivery driver arrived around 30mins after the call was made, he knocked on the window before using my Mums buzzer, he told my Mum to hurry up as my Mum was picking up the pizza, My Mum asked him not to be rude but the driver continued to be rude and raise his voice at my Mum, the driver was with a young male who apologised for the drivers behaviour. Moving forward I hope know one is ever treated like this again.

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering online. Poor customer service when calling store at an hour to find out where my order was.

Ordered twice in the space of 2 weeks, and have to say the service is very poor. I had to wait nearly 2 hours the first time and an hour and a half the second time. I called on both occasions to be told if I wanted to pick up the pizza I could have them in 15 minutes!!! Also telephones on both ordered to ask for pizzas to be cooked well done and both times had to put pizzas in oven for 10 minutes!! Safe to say I wont be ordering from these again. If you want your pizza to eat at 6, order at 4 pm!!!
