Booked a table online using the online booking service obviously, arrived at our allotted time, the restaurant was pretty much empty, told the person greeting us at the door that we had only been able to book at this time, and they couldn't understand why, as they admitted they were quiet all day!? pointless exercise in having it on the website!? then we were told to use the QR code attached to the table to make our order, again, a pointless exercise, I would have much preferred talking to a human who maybe could have gone through any offers or meal deals for a family, rather than now having to try to order for 4 people on a phone screen, and then at the end of the order when i'm making payment, you have the bloody audacity to ask me 'Would I like to leave a tip' I'VE JUST DONE YOUR JOB FOR YOU and you think you deserve a tip!? you should be paying me if i'm doing all the work! the QR code system negates the need for someone taking my order, ruin's the whole experience and makes the restaurant feel, lifeless and bland. May as well buy some pizza's from ASDA and cook them at home, at least it's not going to cost me 92, next time i'll go across the road to the Brewers, more choice or everything
