        Dont normally have any problems with them but I was forced to wait 20 minutes for my prescription that was meant to be ready for pick up from 1pm. I arrived at 3.30pm and the pharmacists had no clue what was going on. I wouldnt have minded waiting too much but no apology was offered, just them chatting and gossiping at the computer for 20 minutes with no explanation whatsoever. Very rude, staring and being judgmental. Makes you wonder whether their attitude was due to myself and my husband wearing workout clothes as we just came back from the gym. Disgusting. Will probably order home delivery next time so I dont have to deal with unprofessional behaviour.

        This store in the Swansgate centre is a pharmacy. It is cheaper than Boots but does not have an Opticians it's also quite a bit smaller than Boots.
