        Not happy as its not first time when they didnt had my prescription on time and had to check all pharmacies in Wellingborough to find what I needed. Not easy as specially now when Ive got a baby under 2 and Im pregnant as well

        This used to be a great pharmacy, but lately standards have dropped. Prescriptions are never ready to collect, which means waiting up to 20 minutes for a Prescription to be prepared. They asked me to call ahead before collection so they could have it ready. I tried this twice giving 3 hours plus. The prescription was not dispensed or checked either time. After giving them 4 months to sort their NEW system out. I have given up and changed pharmacy. Complete waste of time.
