Ive been having sessions with Dave for the past several months and it has been a real pleasure. Dave has a fantastic set up of equipment in his studio which makes for a great training environment. He has a wealth of knowledge in this area and has really made a significant impact in my physical health and well-being, as well as strength. His continuous positive attitude and realistic approach to life and training is infectious. If youre on the fence about a personal trainer, this is the one to go for, you wont regret it!

I was in a really bad way with a bad back. I was prescribed very strong painkillers which rendered me incoherent and unable to function normally. I was given a set of exercises by the physio department and sent off with a piece of paper. I was basically on my own untill I spoke to Dave Hackett who guided me through the exercise program correctly. Gradually I got stronger and without Daves help I feel as if I would have been on a merry go round of pain killers and constant problems. I cannot thank Dave enough for all the effort and support he gave me with my rehabilitation.

Having spent years of trying to deal with my poor diet and inconsistent training coupled with injuries I have found the proper person for the job to marshal , encourage and teach me how to create better habits. Having been through a similar journey nobody can deny that Dave knows what is needed to achieve your goals. How to ensure your body is set to exercise injury free, how to gradually achieve better movement and more strength and therefore becoming a healthier lighter person. Dave's motivation is your success - you would not see a happier person if you are achieving great progress under his guidance. Constant tips and encouragement on exercise and diet, Dave makes you feel part of his team - coupled with his patience and making you feel comfortable at all times whilst you could easily feel stupid, fat or just rubbish at everything - you could not get a better person for the job. The service you receive from him is driven out of a serious passion and interest in all thing body and health related He gets up too early though!!!
