After a not so good first appointment, I went back today and I have to say they were fantastic! I was consulted at every step on the shape and length, the colour is great. Thanks Nikki for a lovely gel manicure today. What a lovely salon. I was very fortunate to find this place this morning. The staff gave me a warm welcome and I left feeling truly pampered and the service was not rushed at all. Massive improvement on other local nail bars I have tried. I will definately be returning. I have been coming to top tips for about 3 years now and Nicki the manager is always amazing. I get my lashes mani and pedi done at the salon and everyone is always super professional and friendly. I just came out of the salon today in fact and wanted to say that a very rude man came in demanding an appointment who spoke very aggressively to Nicky and disrupted everybodys piece and quiet. I stepped in to ask him to calm down and he held up a finger at me to be quiet- didnt even look at me. This is unacceptable toward Nicky and the team and I thought Nicky and the entire staff dealt with him very well and very professionally. There should be a zero tolerance to aggression and rudeness like this. Keep doing an excellent job ladies, your clients know how amazing you all are!
