Even though they get the payment at the order, they did not deliver the content of the orders on time and full, we had to chase them constantly. The threshold for the laminate flooring was ordered wrong, in the shop they tried to give us totally irrelevant thresholds to cover up the situation. Still there is no news from thresholds and vinyl. On top of that the carpet that we ordered for our staircase and landing was cut in wrong measures after that long waiting period. We will have to cancel our order. I do not recommend this type of business which is totally unreliable and unprofessional.

The staff are really helpful, not pushy if you know what I mean, you are given time to look at wide selection of carpets on offer, the staff are always there to answer questions. I ordered stair rods they were delivered to the store in a matter of days A1* service thank you

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Tapi, always receive excellent service and fitting, but they have gone over & above today. A huge measuring error by us led to our carpet being too small. The Wellingborough branch manager made a number of calls and decisions to minimize the cost impact of our mistake and to ensure our new order will be delivered in just 2 weeks, thank you!
