We initially went to s&j Kenny carpets to purchase karndean flooring to fit ourselves, after receiving great customer service we decided to go back to them to have a bedroom and an office fitted with carpet. Cannot fault the service received from beginning to end. They were extremely helpful squeezing in measuring the rooms and fitting prior to Christmas for us which we are very thankful for. A friendly and professional team who gave us great advice too when selecting carpets at their showroom. On the day of fitting, the fitter arrived on time and left the rooms clean and tidy. Extremely happy with the end result. We would highly recommend and go back to them in the future.

Fantastic! Really good advice and customer service while we were deciding on what flooring to have. And then the fitting service was excellent. The flooring looks great, and it has been fitted very neatly. All the waste was cleared away. They even cut some waste carpet down to be used just inside the door to protect the floor whilst the removals company was coming in and out! Can't recommend them highly enough.
