        Most of the time the staff have been nice and friendly. But, unfortunately today, the young woman with blonde hair and glasses at the till was being very unfriendly and very rude toward me when I asked if I could return something. She was visibly annoyed and spoke to me in a very unkind and impolite manner even though I was being very respectful and polite to her. She had no manners at all.
