I would highly, highly recommend Harwoods! A few years ago we needed a valuation of the house for probate. The kindness, compassion, knowledge and professionalism that we received from Mike at a difficult time is what made me turn to them again more recently to sell the house after moving my mum into a care home. Phil has shown just as much care, attention and understanding and has been highly instrumental in what has turned out to be a long process; chasing buyers/solicitors and guiding and keeping me fully informed throughout. We have had to conduct this from afar and they have both kept an eye on the property, helping resolve any issue that arose and recommending other local companies that they work with when it was needed. These guys are the epitome of what estate agents should be! Thank you!!

I only came in today to just receive a quote for a survey. I fortunately had the pleasure of dealing with Mark. Mark was extremely helpful and detailed and honest. Thanks Mark, based on the service I received today I would have no hesitations in using Harwoods.

If you are buying or selling property in the Wellingborough area, go to Harwoods first your business will be in safe hands. I have dealt with this company a few times over the years and know the service to be consistently excellent. Phil has just seen a sale through to completion for me he has communicated clearly, never been too busy to chat things through and always worked with professionalism and careful attention to detail. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Mike in the past who is equally as brilliant. I highly recommend Harwoods.

Would highly recommend Harwoods Estate Agents for selling and buying a house. Phil and Mike are very trustworthy and supportive through the whole process. We sold and purchased a house in Wellingborough at the end of 2022.
