May 2023 the 2 old woman, one of them is a trainee it seems...both are hellbent on not allowing you to see a doctor. Very mean without human touch. They like to play doctors it seems if not God. I m sure if I argued with them they would kill me with their looks alone. I would be looking to change the clinic if possible

Rude, condescending reception staff that seem to think they are doctors. Mellisa, you are a receptionist, not a GP so please give your inflated, self important head a wobble and try listening to whats been said to you rather than thinking for some reason you can speak to people like youre better than them.

I went to see a Dr on the 28th December, after some misunderstandings, and concerns about whom I saw that day, the Dr and staff were swift in ensuring that I went through the tests I needed to verify the cause. Still not identified the cause, but now am confident that they know what it wasn't and appreciate the swift response in handling this.
