They do not pride to data protection, they take control and do not want to let go. Wendy is very gobby and will tell details about other people so make sure you record phone calls for data protection reasons. They estimate things a lot and expect everyone to do things by the book when they don't do it themselves. I'd stay well clear of this joke of a company. They also charge you for their services even though all they do is hold money and ring around people. I have made a full complaint against Wendy and nothing was done despite evidence of Wendy breaching data protection Act. I'd go to citizens Advice before ever going to these.... Even social services have concerns about data protection
