Had a couple of issues with Taps i have purchased however Harrison dealt with the issue fantastically and gave great customer service. Both Cartridges changed and problem has now gone away. Highly recommend

Special thanks to Holly Bicknell for helping me design and create my dream bathroom and cloakroom... wading through huge range of suppliers to create my individual look... and achieving good value... my only constructive feedback is for delivery people to check off items on delivery as a few things were missed but the beauty of using a local supplier is they are on your doorstep to resolve any issues, and they did sort the issues really quickly. I highly recommend them and will go back for any future projects

We would like to thank the staff at Goodey and Howell especially Jim. We have just refurbished our property with new bathrooms and a kitchen, Jim expertly designed each of the rooms going through every detail step by step with us and giving advice that was very much appreciated, the quality of the units and products purchased were of an very high standard, nothing was too much trouble, we can't thank you enough. We will be returning to Goodey and Howell when the extension is complete for help with the design of our utility room, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else, thanks again!!
