Tell you untruths to entice you to book.
Was told I could rent a van for 99 for a Saturday only to be charged the whole weekend.
Took over a week to return the 350 deposit.
Manager wasnt interested in anything but keeping the money despite staff had poorly communicated to get my commitment to book.
Not an organisation I would transact with again. Shame as have used them before but no help to keep costs down when times are hard for small traders like myself.
Customer loyalty means nothing to them it appears.
