        Having previously bought our caravan from White Arches a few years ago & happy with the CS we received, we are now looking for a motorhome or campervan so popped along to the motorhome branch. Colin introduced himself, we told him our situation (3 teens) so looking for a 6 birth with 6 seatbelts. His whole attitude was condescending & dismissive, telling us we'd not get what we want (even though we had viewed one yesterday at a different dealer) & that our teens will not want to be in the van (his experience with his kids). Even if they had the right van for us, we wouldn't buy one from him just for being so arrogant.
