        I bought a power tool from them through Ebay. It failed within a year so I returned it, then they refused to accept that I had bought it from them, despite my supplying a copy of the receipt! The only option now is to claim through the courts which I will do next week. What a waste of time!! Buy from a reputable seller such as Screwfix who wont quibble with returns!
