Absolutely awful place, worked there a couple of months ago, residents are left in soiled pads. Medication is given out at the wrong times leaving the resident at risk. There is normally only 2 members of staff looking after 28 residents. The carers dont move the residents correctly leaving skin tears and bruises. There is only 1 night senior meaning half of the week there is no senior to give out medication during the night. The night staff have been caught drinking alcohol during shifts and the manager doesnt care. The manger herself has carried residents in her arms instead of using the correct equipment.

Lindon Manor looked after my mum who had dementia with love care and patience. The staff are kind and careing its like one big family. Thank you all who work there.

Went and visited my gran at the weekend was not impressed with the fact she had conjuctivtus and her hair and nails where filthy also smelt of urine, I went upstairs to her room and found a incontinence pad on the toilet floor (used) seen no interaction with any staff member towards any off the residence

I visited my mother today found her hair a mess not washed her nails very untidy.I noticed her legs were red and asked if she had cellulitis a staff member didn't know she went to ask all I got was shes got cream no one would discuss it .No staff interaction with residents or with visitors cant believe no one came to speak with me.rl
