Melissa is a skilful therapist who manipulated the muscles and other soft tissues in my neck, shoulders and back. She worked on them and loosened tight, tangled muscles, relieving the painful and stiff areas.
Her energy, physical stamina, active listening skills, and empathic approach made the massage even more effective because she focused and had excellent professionalism.
