I understand their delivery issues but again it was ordered on the Monday previous to the bank holiday. Also one of the emails states you also had the Tuesday off as well as the bank holiday, normally people remember a 3 day week and would let people know and apologise for the delays. It states on your website shipping would be 1-3 days and if you had done that then it would have gone before the issue occurred with the couriers. i specifically ordered before the bank holiday thinking there would be plenty of time and it took nearly a week more. The lights may be good but the hassle to get them and the complications it caused has not been worth it for me, others may have different experience but i can only go by mine EDIT: they turned up!! Hand delivered late on friday night. I have to acknowledge the fact they went above and beyond to get them to me in the end. The products seem very good. If they had been as good as they were in the last two days the whole time then there wouldn't have been an issue. After this would i recommend them? Still probably not but if you did want to purchase i would contact them first to make sure they could deliver in time. EDIT: now saying delivery on monday, that's 2 full weeks after payment was made. At this point i really don't care what the lights are like. This has been an awful experience which is totally down to a lack of truthful communication and day after day of excuses. If i could give them 0 stars it would be more appropriate Really disappointed with this purchase, not the lights themselves but the awful customer service i received from this company. The order was placed and payed for on may 24th. I received an email 3 days later saying payment had been processed. 2 days later i was told it would be dispatched the following Monday (which was a bank holiday so i knew that wouldn't happen) Its already annoying in todays world to order something that's in stock and have to wait a week for it to be dispatched. If i had known this i would have bought elsewhere in the beginning. As it was stated it would be sent on a bank holiday i naturally presumed that they had made an error and it would be sent Tuesday. After chasing them up i was told it would be dispatched that day for next day delivery (Thursday). Thursday (today) and i receive another email saying again not sent and it will hopefully go out today. All through this not one apology or seemingly any urgency after spending over 1200. As good as the lights maybe (i still don't know yet) i will never use this company or could i sensibly recommend them to any one i like. Luckily for them i had a friend order them so I'm not the one dealing with them. This is truly some of the worst customer service i have had.
