Sunny very good custumer service so helpful and so kind of him he stay with me and fix the issue for my contract number. Cameron his assistant manager he didnt even try to apologise at all or to fix the isuue just he went inside in his office.

Dad&I went into the Wellingborough store this morning as my parents phones were not receiving texts or calls from my phone. Thank you so much Sunny for your excellent service. You sorted both phones in minutes. However, even if you had not managed it your professional&friendly attitude needs to be recognised. Dad will be renewing his contract with his current supplier to 3 in December.
